I needed to cook up 48 pieces of chicken wings for a get-together, and the Blackstone 22″ griddle got the job done. They were a big hit with everyone.
I seasoned the wings with seasoned salt while frying them, then finished them off with a coating of Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce. It wasn't as hot as I wanted, but that turned out to be a good thing — the kids could enjoy them too.
We rounded out the meal with corn and a vegetable salad straight from the garden.
