Amazon Sale Finds
The Best Time to Buy Is When It's on Sale
I don't buy most of my gear at full price. Prime Day, Black Friday, and the other big Amazon sale events are when the real deals show up — sometimes on things I'd been eyeing for months.
Big-ticket items in particular are worth the wait. Retailers save their steepest markdowns for a handful of events a year, and if you're not paying attention, you miss them. I save up for these on purpose instead of buying the moment I want something.
When I'll Actually Send an Email
- Prime Day — mid-July, Amazon's biggest self-hosted event
- Prime Big Deal Days — early October, the fall follow-up to Prime Day
- Black Friday — the day after Thanksgiving
- Cyber Monday — the Monday right after that
I'll send out my actual top picks around those windows, straight to your inbox — no spam, just the stuff I think is genuinely worth grabbing while it's marked down. It's not limited to one category either — camping gear, laser stuff, whatever I'm into at the time. If I'd buy it myself, it's fair game.
