Abangdun 700W Round Mini Induction Cooktop
I keep this in the pull-out drawer in my adventure truck. I've got a 1,000-watt inverter wired in, so I just push a button and I've got AC power available — and when I'm traveling or just want a quick meal, I don't want to fire up a gas stove for it. This is the round version, which matters to me because it nests right inside my 8-inch fry pan for storage, so the two travel as one unit instead of taking up separate space in the drawer. It's compact, only pulls up to 700W, and I enjoy it enough that I should probably buy a second one just to keep as a spare.

Liberty Premium Collapsible Electric Kettle
I picked this up for the adventure truck to make coffee when I want to use electricity instead of firing up a stove. The silicone body collapses down for storage, and it's got separate presets for coffee/tea, eggs, and plain boiling water — I use the coffee setting for pour-over while camping, and I've actually hard-boiled eggs in it on the egg setting and had it work out well. My one early gripe was losing track of the separate power cord if I hadn't used it in a month or two, so I laser-cut a wooden storage box for it — a box within a box, with the cord living in the lower section and the kettle in the upper one, so now everything stays together.

AeroPress Original Coffee Press
I love the AeroPress. It's very compact, and I keep a little pill bottle of ground coffee tucked inside the push handle so it's always ready to go. It also nests inside the GSI mug below, which nests inside a titanium pot, so the whole coffee setup packs down into one container instead of taking up separate space in the truck.

GSI Outdoors Infinity Backpacker Mug
This is the cup my AeroPress nests inside for storage in the truck. It's a 17oz backpacker mug, and this cup in turn nests inside the titanium pot below, so the AeroPress, this mug, and the pot all pack down into a single unit.

Lixada Titanium Camping Pot
This is the outer piece of the nesting stack — the AeroPress and GSI mug above both pack inside this 750ml titanium pot, so the whole coffee setup collapses down into one container for the truck. It's 99.9% pure titanium with foldable handles and a recessed lid, and it doubles as its own cook pot or cup on top of holding the rest of the stack.

AYANICA Heavy-Duty BBQ Kitchen Scissors
I keep these in the adventure truck. Instead of pulling meat off the barbecue, taking it to a cutting board, and dirtying up a cutting board and knife, I just pick it up with a pair of tongs and cut it straight into strips with these — a lot cleaner and quicker. I use them to dice up other stuff too. Currently unavailable, but they'll show you exactly what to look for if you want to find a similar pair. I love them.
