This is one of the easiest meals you can cook on the blackstone griddle. I simply sliced up the chicken breast, and seasoned it with fajita seasoning in a bowl.
While that was resting I went out and fired up the blackstone 17″ griddle. After I heated it up and cleaned it with a wet paper towel I heated up the soft flour tortillas and placed them in my tortilla holder (insulated styrofoam container) to stay warm.
Next I grabbed a bag of frozen sliced bell peppers from the freezer, this is my go to vegetable for saving time. then I gave the blackstone a light coat of oil and started cooking.
This is an easy summer outdoor cooking meal, with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.
